11/23/2016 - Arizona Capital Fund announces bond capital distributions
Arizona Capital Fund is pleased to announce the first of a series of distributions towards the return of your bond capital. Cash investors will receive a distribution cheque in the mail shortly. Investors with registered plans will see the distribution funds returned to their registered accounts with Olympia Trust. Distributions will continue on a quarterly basis subject to availability of distributable funds as the remaining assets in the portfolio are sold. As the bulk of investment funds are currently invested in the multi-family projects you can expect distributions to grow as we move through the completion and sale of these projects. Once bond capital has been returned, distributions will then be applied towards the accruing 6% per annum bond interest.
